OBJECTIVES

• Hybrid imaging with Positron Emission Tomography (PET) enables combined anatomical and functional information for advancing personalised medicine and optimal patient care.  

• This hands-on workshop jointly organised by the Department of Nuclear Medicine, University Hospital Zurich, University of Zurich and Nuclear Medicine Society (Singapore) aims to provide an update of the applications of PET/CT in clinical practice, and the evolving applications of PET/MR.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

• Nuclear Medicine Physicians wanting to learn the latest in hybrid imaging and have a hands on experience of reporting hybrid imaging studies.
• Nuclear Medicine or Radiology Residents.
• Other professionals wanting to understand the role of hybrid imaging.
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS​

​It is strongly recommended that you have access to the following software/hardware:
  • Computer with 1 monitor, preferably 2 monitors (Mobile devices are not encouraged.) It is recommended to use a computer four years old or newer with at least 1GB of RAM.
  • High Speed Internet Connection with speeds of 1.5 mbps or higher is recommended for virtual workshop to ensure that you can access all of the materials and resources, particularly large file sizes as with streaming video. 
  • Zoom app. New users to Zoom are required to enable or install a browser extension before accessing Zoom on the computer for the first time.
  • For best performance, your computer should support the most recent browser versions - Chrome (preferred) or Firefox.
  • Working microphone and webcam (can be combined or included with computer hardware such as in a laptop)
  • Speakers or headphones​​
