Nuclear Medicine Physician Department of Nuclear Medicine Dharmais Cancer Hospital/Indonesian Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Theranostic Jakarta, Indonesia My name is Dr. Yustia Tuti, and I am a nuclear medicine specialist with extensive experience in clinical practice, academia, and professional leadership. Born on November 2, 1976, in Tanjung Pandan, Indonesia, I have dedicated my career to advancing the field of nuclear medicine, particularly in oncology and theranostics, both nationally and internationally.
Education I earned my medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Trisakti University, in 2002 and completed my specialization in nuclear medicine at Padjadjaran University in 2014. Professional Experience I have been privileged to serve in various capacities throughout my career: • At Dharmais Cancer Hospital, Jakarta, I began as a Nuclear Medicine Physician (2014–Present). I also served as the Head of the Nuclear Medicine Sub-installation (2020–2024) and currently lead the medical staff of nuclear medicine specialists. • At Mayapada Hospital, Jakarta, I have been practicing as a Nuclear Medicine Physician since 2019. • As a Lecturer at Padjadjaran University, I have been sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of nuclear medicine professionals since 2021. Leadership Roles I am honored to serve as the President of the Indonesian Association of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Theranostic (2024–Present), having previously held the position of Vice President (2020–2024). Fellowships and Key Achievements I became a Fellow of the Asian Nuclear Medicine Board Examination (FANMB) in 2019 and have participated in a scientific visit to Austin Hospital in Melbourne, focusing on PET and nuclear medicine advancements in 2016. Key Contributions Throughout my career, I have worked to enhance cancer management using hybrid imaging and theranostic techniques. I have also championed quality improvement initiatives in nuclear medicine practices, ensuring better outcomes for patients and setting high professional standards. Workshops and Training Highlights I have participated in numerous international workshops and training programs, including those organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). These experiences have deepened my expertise in areas such as theranostics, hybrid imaging, and quality management. Notable training took place in countries like Japan, Australia, South Korea, and the United States. Vision My mission is to integrate innovative nuclear medicine technologies into clinical practice, improve patient care in cancer management, and contribute to the growth and excellence of the nuclear medicine field in Indonesia and globally. |
