DR STUART MORE
Head of Department Department of Nuclear Medicine Groote Schuur Hospital and University of Cape Town Cape Town, South Africa Stuart More is the Head of Division of Nuclear Medicine at Groote Schuur Hospital/Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital and University of Cape Town and the Past President of the South African Society of Nuclear Medicine(SASNM). He also serves as the Communications Coordinator at the South African Clinician Scientists’ Society . He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2008, and completed his Nuclear Medicine training at the University of Cape Town and Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital/Groote Schuur Hospital complex in 2017. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Pretoria/Nuclear Medicine Research Infrastructure(NuMeRI).
His interests in the nuclear medicine teaching and training, promotion, development, and advocacy of nuclear medicine, molecular imaging and theranostics at all levels have allowed him to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in advancing the future of the field particularly in the direction molecular imaging and theranostics is taking in South Africa and globally. |
