Participants are invited to submit their abstract(s) for Oral and E-Poster Presentation.
BEST ORAL & E-POSTER AWARDS
These awards are open to all registrants presenting Oral and E-Poster. The research need not necessarily be conducted in Singapore.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- All abstracts must be submitted in English and be of not more than 250 words in Microsoft Word format.
- Abstract Specification: Paper Size: A4: Portrait, Font: 11-point size, Arial.
- The title should be in BOLD CAPITALS. Do not centralise.
- Authors' names to be listed as follows: Family names in UPPER CASE, followed by given names in Title Case, without using full-stops. The presenter’s name is to be underlined.
- Authors' institutions, cities and countries should be listed on the next line.
- The text of the abstract must include section headings such as “Objectives”, “Materials and Methods”, “Results” and “Conclusion”. The section headings should appear in UPPER CASE bold.

ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE
- Abstract acceptance results will be notified by 01 January 2025 (barring need for clarifications/further review).
- Instructions will be given to you later to upload your presentation in powerpoint format.
- For poster presentation, authors will have to submit the e-poster to the Secretariat at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting. Tips for creating high quality poster: CLICK HERE
NOTE TO ALL PRESENTERS
- All presenters must REGISTER and make full payment by the Registration Deadline: 31 January 2025, , to have your abstract(s) included in the programme.
POSTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Your poster must correspond to the title and content of the abstract you have submitted.
2. All poster will be displayed electronically throughout the conference, there is no need to prepare physical poster.
3. Maximum dimensions of your poster: 1677H x 1080W pixels
4. Poster Orientation: Portrait
5. Font: Use standard Microsoft font (eg. Arial) to avoid any non-display text.
6. Language: English only
7. Plan your poster design and layout creatively to ensure a logical flow of information.
8. Keep your text to a minimum. Your emphasis should be on graphics, charts, tables, graphs and photographs.
9. Describe all parts of the project/study, including why the outcome did or did not work as expected.
11. The viewer should gain new knowledge or insight by visiting your poster.
12. All posters should be submitted in a single slide Powerpoint format.
13. Authors are required to name your presentation file as: Poster ID and Presenter’s name (LAST name_FIRST name) (i.e. P-01 _Smith John).
14. Authors are responsible for submitting the poster by the stipulated deadline, 20 January 2025 Poster submitted after the deadline will not be considered for the programme.
